Of course I can’t guaranty about this much speed but it is the good product to enjoy maximum downloading speed.

Straight to the point some times IDM also can’t give best results to you while downloading any file on internet. So here I share one method which will improve the downloads speed of IDM.

How to Increase Download Speed of IDM?

• First open Internet download manager from system tray icon or from the programs.
• Now navigate to options from downloads tab.

• It have so many options which are useful to improve the speed of downloading. Choose Connection tab from the options dialogue box.
• Now choose connection type based on your internet speed and choose 16 number in the Max connections number section. Actually there are 32 connections also available but you cannot use it because if you use 32 connections repeatedly your connection may be block listed.

• Now click on ok button to apply these changes.

Increase Download Speed of IDM with IDM Optimizer:

If you are not satisfied with above trick then try this method. It works well and you can get some more download speed.

• First download IDM Optimizer from the link.Download IDM Optimizer
• Now extract it to a new folder and open that portable idm optimizer.
• Now Click on Optimize button to optimize, increase the speed of internet download manager.

• Within few seconds it will done and now you can check the speed of internet download manager.

If you are not satisfied with the speed of IDM after optimizing the application, you can revert back to previous settings. To do that click on Default button on idm optimizer.

Note:

To work with this application you need to install dot net framework 2.0 or higher version. Most of the computers have dot net framework by default. So there is no problem with that.

How it will Increase the Speed of IDM?

There is no magic done with this optimizer application. It just made few tweaks in IDM settings and it doesn't increase the number of connections which is done by me in the above method.
